Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your fitness journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and help you recover from your setbacks (because it happens!).

Hey Flye Girl, Hey! I'm Kacey, the head Flye Girl! My passion is to help women like YOU because I used to be you. I was very overweight and my eating habits were awful (don't judge me, LOL!). It took me years to make the decision to really stick with my fitness journey and change my mindsets about what I "should" be doing or how I needed to eat (or in most cases, NOT eat aka starve) If you're here, then you're ready to start your transformation and I'm here to guide you to the finish line. You won't be bulky. Lifting weights does not make you bulky! You WILL, however, be the best and version of yourself!
Do you train in-person?

Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all! We have multiple options available for anyone that does not have access to a gym membership
Do I need to go buy weights?
Yes and No :).... You can if you prefer to challenge yourself while working out at home. I always recommend beginners start out with between 5lb-10lb weights. Resistance tubes are also a good alternative that is more cost effective than purchasing a full set of dumbbells (or free weights)
If I have a bad back can I still work out?
OF COURSE, BABY! Just make sure that you fill out your onboarding questionnaire in detail and list your issues there. We will make the necessary modifications there. If you have any issues once training starts, send your trainer a message and she will help you with any "on the spot" modifications.
